I have had ALL SORTS of trouble with my F350 Diesel that was about a month past the warranty. Joel has been extremely helpful and kind, and the guy really knows his Diesel engines. He has fixed three issues with my truck in the period of a month, and for each one, he has taken the time to show me photos and explain everything that went wrong. His prices are very reasonable, and he is a class act. I am trading my truck for a new, non-diesel truck, but I plan on going back to him for any routine service that I need on my new truck. I’ve never had a better service experience.

Vey happy with the service I received for my 2001 F250. They did a thorough full truck check over instead of just looking at what I described. Most diesel shops I’ve been to just repair whatever you describe and that amplifies other issues of there were any that wasn’t noticed. I did not get any pressure for any additional repairs than what originally brought it in. I appreciate Joel taking the time to explain and discuss the diagnosis over the phone before beginning the work. He also took me out to my truck at pickup to talk through the repairs and discuss other potential issues that could become problems later; even took time to answer a few general powerstroke knowledge questions unrelated to the repairs. Joel was Very professional and personable. Cost was on par with what I would estimate for the repairs it needed. Certainly cheaper than any dealership. Final cost was within dollars of his quote. No hidden fees or ‘extra repairs’. He even walked me through potential price changes if other related pieces started falling apart when performing the repairs so I felt prepared for possible final bill totals. Very transparent. Overall very happy with the service I received from Joel and his team. I will be bringing back my truck for all the other inevitable repairs that will be needed on my 2001 F250.
