While the end result couldn’t lead to a resolution to our problem Widrick folks were instrumental in getting us back on the road. They were friendly and helpful at the service desk and their technician was brought to us to explain their observations. A professional operation.
Great service
My Peterbilt derated due to DEF sensor 200 miles away from home. Called these guys who were over an hour away from my location and they had a mechanic to me at 7:00am on Saturday. He plugged in his laptop, diagnosed the problem and got me running again. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and personable. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any that asks.
