My company had one of our freightliners dump trucks c15 engine rebuilt here. For the past two weeks they’ve sad it was gonna be done it’s been to the shop for 37 days. When I first took it there they gave us a quote for $21,000 after it was there for two weeks they come back with another quote for $30,000 I told my boss maybe we shouldn’t do it there because of the huge price difference but he told them to do it, I squally don’t get a response the first text. I called today and they said maybe by the end of today. Which is Friday the 29th on Friday the 22nd they told us it would be ready by the end of the day Monday a week later still not done now we are down to one truck and losing A lot of money Each day it’s down. To top it off when I first spoke with them they said it would be a week and still haven’t got the truck back. Very disappointed at this company and this is why I gave this company a rating of one. We could of bought a bran new motor and has it swapped in one day.
I had pleasure to deal directly with Mr. Widrick twice thus far for two different vehicles and I had great experiences both time. I found him to be very honest, professional, approachable and knowledgeable. He is very reasonable with repair pricing as well. I definitely would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have their car/truck repair.
