It was very cold day the tech had to come out of Potsdam it took a while 3 1/2 hours but when he arrived he huddled and changed my filters and got heat on my diesel tank. I was up and running within 30 too 40 min . He was professional neat and confident highly recommend them . Sorry forgot the tech name
