I had a 2021 Tesla model 3 that needed upper control arms, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and how well I was welcomed at Widrick’s. They have a subscription with Tesla for parts and service, which is super helpful - they should advertise this! Tesla can be slow with parts, but Widrick’s kept me updated the whole time and got me in quick once the parts got there. I will be bringing all my Vehicles to Widrick’s going forward. Thanks so much for a great experience!

Brought my Tiffin class A in for inspection and repair of a small leak in the power steering. They found a loose bleed screw and fixed it with no charge! Great group of people, I highly recommend them.

I take back my 5 star review, more like a 0 star review. This shop did a lot of work on my engine and other work to my 2008 Toyota Rav 4. They told me that my vehicle was definitely worth sinking over 6 grand into because the rest of the vehicle was in good condition. A year later, my engine died (and they deny responsibility) and I find out most the frame underneath is bad too. The vehicle won't even pass inspection. Guess it was all about the profit for them, not honest service.

I've been using Widrick Truck and Diesel for the better part of 4 years and, for the most part have been satisfied with Joel and his team. In the past, Joel specifcially, has done right by me with prompt communication and even let me utilize their shop car while they were doing extended maintenance on my truck, but I cannot let the interaction today go unnoticed. My wife dropped off her car last week for what was believed to be a bearing replacement. We were told that the front shocks, rear shocks, rear calipers, rear rotors, and rear brakes needed to be replaced. We had no issues with this assessment. She asked for them to email me an itemized list of the maintenance for me to look it over but was surprised to see a parts list of $2000 for said items. After doing some quick research, I saw that these parts had a 100% or greater mark-up on most of the parts. I then said I would just purchase the parts myself, to which my wife was told (over the phone) that there would be an increased labor cost and no warranty if I purchased my own parts. We went to pick up the car and continued the discussion in person. The women at the front desk said that they will not accept a customer ordering their own parts and that they had to be ordered through them. Upon stating that I could purchase the exact list of parts for less than half of what was quoted I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I could do the maintenace myself. I've added the quote I was given as well as two shopping carts of the parts I need plus front brake pads and rotors. The parts in my list are of the same or higher quality and the core charges have NOT been subtracted from my carts. I also did not add any type of discount including military to reduce the price. With all that being said, you'll notice that both of my carts even with the additional core charge ($80-90), additional front rotors ( $127-$170), and additional front brake pads ($56-$59) are $700-$1000 LESS than what we were quoted. I really hope this was a one off scenario with this business, because this is an extremely shady tactic that takes advantage of unknowing customers.

Good dudes. Take off my goofy foreign car, diesel pick ups and tractor trailers. Carthage is nearly an hour hike, but they do me right.
