Why Does My Drive Shaft Vibrate? There may be several reasons why this could happen. Lose Ujoints in the driveline will cause a vibration to felt inside the vehicle while driving down the road. Sometimes the Vibration will be worse when you step into the throttle and increase the load on the Drive Shaft. Then let out of the throttle and let the vehicle coast if the vibration goes away or you can hardly feel it its very likely that the Ujoints in your Drive Shaft need to be replaced.
